Continuous Professional Development or CPD is a formalised programme designed to assist professionals to develop their academic and professional skills beyond their initial training on an ongoing basis.
The aim is to encourage life long learning and through attending industry related events, conferences or self directed learning through e-learning, seminars or other courses. This then allows for the professional to gain knowledge and skills in their current year of working.
The CPD process includes a recording and evaluation of the professional’s learning and development, which is reported to and monitored by the governing body which the professional falls under/belongs to.
The Mind-the-Gap Customer Journey: A Roadmap to Great CX CPD Programme is designed to ensure that delegates understand the total quality philosophy and its application to customer service, so that they can achieve customer satisfaction by consistently delivering services that meet or exceed customer expectations.
Winning the customer experience race can only be achieved by organisations that work holistically to this end. The learning will align to the business and allow for change in behaviours to become CX Ambassadors for their team and customers.
Accredited by SABPP, delegates can earn up to 8 CPD points depending on the format and duration of programme chosen: online only or blended online learning and a facilitated workshop.
